Payment Terms
A minimum advance payment of 30%-50% is required to initiate work. The exact percentage will be communicated prior to the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as agreed.
Project Timelines & Costs
Project timelines and costs are subject to change based on the scope of work, material availability, and any revisions or changes to the original project brief. Any changes to the scope or delays will be communicated promptly.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the stage of the project and any expenses that have already been incurred. Please contact us for detailed information on refund policies.
Third-Party Liability
Tranquill 360 is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or external factors. We strive to work closely with trusted partners, but external circumstances may affect project timelines.
